What is Processwork?
Processwork (Process Oriented Psychology, POP) is a psychotherapeutic method that originated from C. G. Jung’s depth psychology, contemporary physics, the philosophy of Taoism and a number of other paradigms in science and culture. It provides a framework for studying, working with and overcoming limits of individual and collective identity. It is a practical tool for change facilitation.
Processwork deals with the flow of experiences, and at the same time is a philosophy and a method for resolving personal and social conflicts.
